    Sharp MX 2700n. L4-11 error

    Hi All

My friend bought a Sharp MX-2700n with RBX1 Paper pass unit installed. It makes grinding noise after turning on the machine and error L4-11 is display on the screen.
I found that it can be finisher but he does not have Saddle stitch finisher so my question is how to clear this error (standard #*C* 14 does not solve the problem).
I thought about removing RBX1 but I am not sure how to do it (it has to be simple).

Does anybady know how to cancel this error?

You need to remove the RBX1 if the finisher is not installed; the offset motor is locked down, that's what is causing the noise and code.

      Thank you for your answer.
I removed RBX1 and there are no more error displayed.
