    [Misc] MX-FN11

    Hi All!
Have a stapler that staples in the front, and double side positions but does not staple at the rear position and just exits the paper. Has anybody seen this problem before!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

The finisher is connected to a MXM4111N if that helps any.

Check if the FRJHPD sensor is working - the stapler may not sense that it's at the rear position.

Also ensure you have the proper finisher firmware for that series of machine.
Different engines require model specific firmware when it comes to finishers.
