    [Misc] mx-6240 mx-7240 primary blade flips

    Has anyone had issue for primary blades flipping both new machines and at replacement time? We have had it a lot lately, any know fixes? We've tried yellow toner also with no luck as starting powder.

      Nearly all of ours have flipped, there is supposed to be a modification done in the factory to prevent it, but it is still happening. Have replaced a few MX-620TL and not heard of it happening again.

          Yep, they all do it. Had one flip and replaced yesterday.

              When it flips do you guys replace just mx-620tl or both belt and blade together? Thanks
