MX 3110N Admin Password Recovery

Does anyone know the procedure and code to recover or change the admin password on this machine? Is it in the service manual? The scan feature got corrupted and no one can remember the password.

There are several threads about how to reset to defaults - do a search.

Admin password is for the webpage and System Settings of the machine. If it is a scan password, it would be entered in the Address Book in the Password box.
There is no way to reset or recover a scan password; another password must be created.
If it really is the main admin password, as already stated, there are many post regarding the dip switch procedure, and no, you will not find it in the manual.
