[Error Code] MX-753U Intermittent H3 Errror

Hope you doing great guys..

I came across a weird issue yesterday with mentioned above model and it's almost out of box Machine (just 120 clicks ).
Popping up H3-00 intermittently after few copies,will work for few copies after reset but pops up again and again.


Things i have replace so far

1: Power Supply

2: Brand new Heater Assembly(Fuser Unit)

3 :HL-PWB

i'm out of ideas here..is it the engine control board we need to order and replace?

Did you use SIM5-2 to check the flashing operation of the heater lamp?
I think you should replace PCU PWB

I have replaced all 3 Power Boards,sorry i could not understand the PCU PWB if you saying the Main Power supply Board that i swapped with another working machine and did not fixed the Issue.

And Fusing Unit is always Hot so i guess Heating Lamps are fine.
Could it be a firmware issue?

.... i could not understand the PCU PWB if you saying the Main Power supply Board that i swapped with another working machine and did not fixed the Issue.....

just one more question:
Is it possible to swap it with another working machine before ordering a new one?Any chances of serial number Mismatch or U-30 issues?

You have to mount PCU FLASH ROM [11] of old PWB to the new one. (ie. do not swap PCU FLASH ROM)
