[Error Code] L4-16 Fuser Pressure Error

I have a MXC402SC that has had a repeated error code for the fuser release...We have replaced the entire fuser with an new unit and the issues still return. Everything in the new fuser has the updated parts to correct the issues so you'd think that it would be complete. Has anyone else had this issue if so please share your corrective measure and I'll give them a try.

If the power down sequence isn't done properly, the sensor flag can break when powered back on.

Check the fuser drive gears and the 2 slide bars under the fuser; attached to the procon sensor assembly.
If the error log also shows F2-45, the procon needs to be replaced.
As stated above, if main power it tripped, the pressure release system does not get a chance to work and breaks the flag at power up.
L4-16 is the "Achilles heel" of this machine; even after several retrofits.
