MX-M260 blank prints

Printing out blank prints. It will scan to a computer and show an image. No error code at the moment. It did show a laser error code in the history so I swapped the laser but it did not help. Also took the laser and put it in an ARM257 and it did make a print. Today I tried a new power supply but it did not fix the problem. I guess it is going to be the mother board (MCU) I just don't have one to try at the moment.

Any suggestions. We are busier than ever down here in the gulf coast region.

Did you try looking at the drum after interrupting the print cycle to see if there is any toner being transferred to the drum?

Turned out to be the high voltage power supply. thanks Oldrn.
