    [Error Code] mx6240 E6-11

    Hi all I am having an issue with E6-11 I have changed both control and PWB boards but still getting E6-11 scan lamp lights on test mode on the dspf but still has code
    Anyone have any ideas?

          Check the installing state of the harness the CCD unit.
          Check the installing state of the harness to the copy
          lamp unit.
          Clean the mirror, the lens, or the reference white plate.
          Check the CCD unit.
          Check the DSPF PWB.
