    MX m550 n Powers off and on

    Haven't seen this problem before, when copier is receiving print data copier powers off then on and will repeat until network cable is disconnected. I replaced network cable, complete control pcb and nic card and tried different network ports in office and still have the same problem no change. other connected equipment work fine. Thanks everyone.

      We have been disabling WSD in Port Control of the Security Settings; not sure if this has completely stopped the powering off/on though.

          ZOOTECH THANKS FOR REPLY WHEN I MENTIONED YOUR SUGGESTION TO OUR IT TECH HE INSTANTLY SAID CONFLICTING IP ADDRESS NUMBERS. GAVE CUSTOMER IT DEPT. INFO AND THEY ARE PRINTING AGAIN. ps....WE HAVE HAD THIS IP ISSUE BEFORE WITH OUR OTHER BRANDS AND NEVER HAVE THEY SHUT DOWN LIKE THIS. Thanks again ZOOTECH

              nothing wrong with the machine.
              Go to every computer , cancel all print job that pending. Will solve the reboot problem.
