MX2600n, Reoccuring yellow bands on color prints

MX2600n has reoccurring yellow bands on color prints. Have cleaned unit, goes away comes back with time. Seems as if the primary transfer unit is the problem. Has anyone replaced the cleaning blade on the transfer unit prior to the unit reaching end of life as this Kyocera tech thinks that may be the solution. Customer occasionally cleans unit themselves, hahaha, then calls me when things go wrong. suggestions?? Also, they are willing to replace the entire transfer unit if necessary...anyone have a reliable supplier of sharp parts at reasonable prices. I am aware of precisionroller, but man they seems sky high on costs. Any info is appreciated.

With banding that comes and goes, check the yellow charge unit. If the IT cleaner blade where the cause, you would most likely get banding across all colors or a lovely shade of "waste toner brown".
