    USB Port Issue

    Have no Sharp support due to no longer Sharp Authorized Dealership. Have a MX-3110 that customer can't print PDF's from a USB. Have already gone through all the usual suspects-Bad USB, Interface Setting not turned on etc. and am waiting to find out if any of these are the culprit. While waiting thought I would check if there are any other issues/fixes I should be aware of. Thanks!!!

    To print PDF documents from the USB you must have a the Post Script option installed.
