I have a code H3-00 on my MX3501 it is related to the temp geting too high on the upper roller ,customer can clear it with sim 14 and he's good for a while, then it comes back , thermistors seem to be clean upper and lower have less than 25k, do you have any ideas

Does it have the new style thermistors? Air flow around the machine? Fans in exit unit functioning as they should?
