MX-5111N - Light line in cyan

I am not sure if the attachment will show the faint line in cyan, but is where the arrow is and goes from lead to trail. I see it better in the green. I do not see it in Magenta, red or yellow.

If you cannot see it, it is a faint white line that does not have defined edges.

The image is only a third of the page and it represents the rear of the copy.

So far, I have replaced the cyan DV unit, cyan process unit, color DV, primary transfer belt, pri. transfer blade and PTC wire. I replaced the primary transfer parts for another line that was self induced, which is taken care of.

I have cleaned the LSU slit glasses with the wand and manually took the LSU out and cleaned the cyan mirrors and lenses.

The process unit does not come with a MC unit, but I have swapped the yellow drum for the cyan and the issue stayed with cyan. Before replacing all the parts, the line was more in the center of the copy. Why it has moved, I am not sure.

Sharp says to replace the LSU, but I am not sure that it will take care of the line. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation like this.

The sample that I gave you was straight out of Sim 64-1 pattern 10. I do not see it happening in the optics and have a hard time believing it is the primary transfer belt or after, because it only occurs to cyan.

    Any help is appreciated.

I would have to go with the LSU also. It is the only thing you have not changed.

Have you run a 50-22, and what were the results. Just wondering if someone turned the cyan LSU screw too far.

I have done a full calibration and do not remember the exact results, nut nothing out of the normal. I made whatever adjustment was needed.
