Mx-6201n toner build up on fuser exit rollers

I have a church that runs alot of 11x17 bulletins and when they run them toner builds up on the fuser exit rollers and affects the quality of the other copies. I change the paper weight to heavy1 and completely clean off the rollers but it comes right back as soon as they run 11X17 bulletins it doesnt happend when they run 8 1/2 by 14 or regular copies. I told them change to a different paper that didnt work either. is there any other solutions to this problem?

Known issue on this series, there's a tech bulletin on Sharp's support websites. Replace the rubber guides on the exit guide as they were updated, and decrease fuser temperature by 5-10 points.

Common on this model. A huge parts hog and was eventually scrapped. we were sent letters from sharp on how they could improve on this model and then had a fire sell. At some point they did try to revise a firmware version to help but this machine is one dusty overtoning pig. Check IDNC to see if you find any bulletins with a firmware fix(help). That's the best i got...
