MX2300 error code when printing

Hi I have a customer who recently has been getting the error message below when they send print jobs to the machine. Its a pc environment, windows 7 64 bit i think from memory.

It used to work all ok so i think this is a windows error?

Is this happening with PDF documents? If so try using print as image.
