Mx2600m display intermittently locking up

wE HAVE A MX 2600M LOCKING UP VERY IN FREQUENTLY. WHEN IT DOES DISPLAY READS PLEASE WAIT AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNLESS YOU POWER DOWN. WE TRIED CONTROLLER DIMMS FIRMWARE. HAS ANYONE ELSE SEEN THIS THANKS THERE IS A PIC OF OP PANEL BELOW THANKS We also replaced HDD

Replace the USB Conversion Board PWB ,part#CPWBN1833FCE4
It sits under the slide out keyboard.

This is the correct answer. Too many people slamming in the keyboard after using it. We unplug them if they customer doesn't use it, otherwise it has to be replaced.
