U2-11 on AR-M550

We have a machine that keeps throwing this code every couple of days. The code has to do with the EEPROM on the MFP PWB. We replaced the MFP and EEPROM on this PWB. It showed up again the next day. It's so hard to figure out the intermittent issues. Also this machine is over a hour away so it's not one to just run back and forth to the office.

The eeprom from the original board must stay with new board unless you or sharp serialized the new eeprom. What was the original symptom? You may also reflash firmware to sync everything up. good luck.

Since changing the MFP PWB and the EEPROM didn't stop the code from coming back, we are going to put the originals back in. The original symptom is the U2-11 with the original PWB.

just got it from technical bulletin,1)perform 'optimization of the hard disk" 2)firmware must updated to at least U4A04(version u), P4A04(version u with printer kit) and N4A04(version N)hope can help you

Which bulletin, can you reference one? I searched but didn't find anything about this code. Thanks,
