[Misc] MX5001n UDP Port Question - Gathering Custom Folder Names Blocked By Firewall

On a Sharp MX5001n machine located on a specific LAN within a network, custom folder names are not being populated at the user end when selecting Job Handling / Retention / Custom Folder / Stored to...
Only the Main folder is displayed, or in the case where the names were populated previously and a list does appear to the user, the displayed list does not reflect updates such as folder additions or deletions.

I have identified the most likely cause - that certain UDP ports are being blocked by an internal network firewall. Preliminary testing has shown these ports being in the range 1026..1040, but there could be more ports involved that didn't yet appear.

I would like to specify ports to be allowed through the firewall to resolve my challenge and need your help with two things:
    1. Is there a specific range that should be allowed though the firewall that would ensure this information is successfully received by the user every time?
    2. Is there any way to configure the machine to limit the range used? I have had a quick look at the config options but nothing stands out.

I do not want to open all UDP ports for network security reasons, and because some malware have been identified as using certain UDP ports to do their thing, I would rather avoid those ports if possible.

Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide.
