Update Firmware of MFP with Data Security Kit Problems

Hello Guys
I have a Problem with a MXM363N MFP,I attempted to update the Firmware of the MFP that has a MX-FR14U Data Security Kit,I am not sure what the Problem is but every time i try to do the update I get "Mismatch Error" I know that the Firmware works as i tried it on another MFP Without the Data security Kit,I suspect that because the data security kit is in the MFP that may be why the it wont update,Unfortunately I dont even have the original roms that came with the MFP, so I am stump, can someone assist?Thanks in advance.

You must update with the firmware for the data security kit not the MFP.

spanky is correct. If you used this firmware on a Non DSK machine and it worked fine then it will not work for a DSK machine. Totally different ROMs and firmware!

Yep I did the same thing. Down load the newest DSK firmware and install it under your preferred method. You should be good.

Hi again guys, I cant seem to find the MX-FR14U firmware on sharp service website can someone help please maybe with a link the MFP is MXM363N with DSK MX-FR14U.thanks in advance.

It's there under the data security kit portion of firmware updates. It's from 2012 and the file name is:

Jupiter3_DSK_Conbi_0303jci0_B.sfu

About 35 Mb in size.
