sharp 5111 with intyermittent F1-33 and 34

We have a 5111 it throws f1-33 and 34s intermittently we replace internal fnx-9 and punch unit it still throws the code. the finisher and punch units were not new but used ones. updated firmware and replaced finisher board also any help would be great.

I had one giving these codes and the punch shifter had a slight bind in it. Re-formed the metal bracket that white shift rollers ride in.

I am assuming these are MX-PNX1B punch units...?
The home position sensors on the rear of the punch units fail quite often.
Another cause of that code is the spiral gear shattering; #2 in the pic below:
