Blue is working when copying but not when printing

Hi, i need some help with my sharp MX-C311 (newbie here). I have a problem with the machine. The blue ink is working perfectly when copying a paper from the flatbed. BUT its not working correclty when i print a paper from the computer. It sound like a easy fix, but i have no idea why its doing that. (I know its not the ink/toner.. because its working when i photocopy a paper). Is it the drum, the developper.. or something in the setting. I have no clue

    Some more info:
    I recently change the fuser
I recently change the transfer belt
I purchased new developper unit for all color

    Thanks for your help!

If you are a user, and not a tech, I would strongly suggest you call a qualified Sharp technician. If you replaced transfer belt and developer, the machine will need a full calibration.

What exactly is the cyan toner doing? Samples? Start from scratch, clean and calibrate.

Hi, thanks for your help! The technician came yesterday...but the printer is printing the same way it was before he came. He told me to replace the transfer belt but it is brand new! (he told me the drum look good, and maybe its coming from the developper) But i dont want to buy something if i m not 100% sure its going to help.

I thought it was the cyan toner ( aka. blue ink lol), but i think its all color that are lighter... with a tint of yellow. You are right, i m a user. (not technician). i need guidance to do the color calibration. (oh and when i do the autocolor calibration, the printer does not recognice the paper it just printed..)

          Here are some photos:

The FIRST thing your "technician" should have done was a full calibration. If you had a technician on site and they DID NOT calibrate the machine and then suggested you purchase a part, get a different technician. The only service he gave you was lip service.

From your examples, you have a half tone issue. Half tones are set during the calibration.
Your original post stated copies were good but prints were washed. The machine has 2 targets, one for copy, the other for print. Could be copy was calibrated and print was not. If only one is calibrated, the other will look awful.

Have you tried setting the print driver to default or installing a different driver?
