    Firmware update MX-B201D

    We are having trouble with this update for the 2.02 MCU rom update. When we download the files for this download we never get ProcModeIH_AJCD.ini, Mainte.inf, or Usbscan.sys. to download into the package. Sharp hotline says it does on their end and he sees it. Is there some trick to this or what can we do? Thanks Ron

      Turn on the option to view hidden files and folders in your windows folder options. Those files are identified as system files and may be hidden by Windows OS.
