Check that the plastic guide at the entry of the saddle stitch portion of the finisher is under the metal tang at the top center of the guide. Have to look very closely to notice this (i'd give you the part number in the parts guide but I can't quite figure out which one it is, sorry). Had this happen on a working finisher that nobody touched and then it all of a sudden started jamming during saddle stitch operation. Repositioned the guide and worked perfectly.

I believe the guide I'm talking about is in section 21 part 18 of the parts guide, it's hard to tell from the diagram. You have to remove the finisher from the copier and take the inside cover off to see what I'm talking about.
