Sharp arm237 scanner registration

I have a Sharp ARM237 in my shop that a tech tried to install sharpdesk on a workstation and somehow managed to reset the scanner completely.
It now says scanner not installled.
Is there a way to call up the scanner product key on the copier or do we need to buy a new key.?
Any help urgently and greatly appreciated.

You will have to get the product key from Sharp they have the registration info. You will need to be an authorized dealer.
