[Misc] MX-4110N No paper detection from MFT

I have a Sharp MX-4110N that will not detect paper at the MFT. If I open and close the right door it sometimes detect paper for about 10 seconds and then it doesn't see paper again.
I have replaced the paper detect sensor with the new style as per Sharp service bulletin. I've also replaced the RD I/F PWB. No help.
    Anyone seen anything like this?

After changing the sensor did you run sim 40-7 to adjust it, to read right? Good luck, Dan.

Have you checked to see if you get a voltage change at the PCU pwb with and without paper in the bypass?
If you get a voltage change the PCU pwb is bad, if not voltage change then maybe the connector on the right side door is damaged. Maybe a bad connection in the connector.
As you have replaced the sensor already then my guess is a bad connection somewhere.

It turns out it was the sensor. The tech that change it, changed the MPFD instead of the MPED.
        Thanks for the input though!

I thought I had responded back about what the problem was
It turns out that it was the sensor, the tech had change the wrong sensor.
He changed the mpfd instead of the mped.
At least that took care of two of the sensors. Can't wait to see which one goes next!
