F6-00 On Mx-4111N

I have a MX-4111N with a MX-FX11 installed. The fax quit working and gives a F6-00 code.
I have checked all the connections for the harness then replaced the MX-FX11. Still has F6-00. Additionally I ran Sim 66-10 to clear memory but still get the F6-00.
Any ideas?

We had the same fault on a MX4112 recently, it was a Surface Mounted fuse blown on the Mother PWB.
I replaced the board and resolved the issue.

Thanks for the insight on the Mother PWB, just fixed an issue I was having after installing a fax.
