mxm350n dev pulling

This mxm350n is pulling dev ,first i tought that it was a level problem ,but i went back today and it seems that the dev is going out (inboard), the side seal is loaded with dev , this is a new dev assembly that i changed about a month ago thinking that it would fix my prob.

Unfortunatly the trouble remains.

If someone has a clue please let me know .

If your drum is worn out it will pull developer.

The drum and maintenance are less than 20k ,so i don't it is the issue here.
