    Sharp MX2300N E7-01 Issue

    Howdy all,
Today I went to scan some documents and what pops up, E7-01. I looked up the error code and I am looking for some experienced opinions. What is likely going to be the cause of this trouble code? In other words, what have you had to replace to eliminate this bugger?

    Thanks,

Thank you. I have the factory service manual and have performed minor service on this machine before and major service on AR series. What I am looking for is a technicians experience in this matter. Meaning that someone who has ran into an E7-01 issue and has found what to be the most common issue. Have more people found connectors that were not seated or more fried image boards?

Well when I got the machine, for free..., I opened up the back and checked everything out. All looked fine, but it is possible I may have overlooked something. I will open it up again to check for the 3rd time lol. I would hate to think the MFP is bad... I cannot find one and I'm sure they are too expensive. I'm happy for as long as it prints, when it doesn't print anymore I'm just going to throw it out. I have learned to accept that if it has electronic boards throw it out

I just wanted some opinions before I go open up this machine and fiddle faddle with it. Temperamental stuff I'm telling you

Opened up the back, everything looked fine. I blew out the dust off of the connectors using an air duster. Now the machine will not start up. Just three green led's keep blinking on the backside of the MFP.
