MX6240 Scans are blurry/pixelated

Hey guys need advise. I have a 6240 that scans originals blurry/pixelated. I made copies from feeder and all looks good, I also cleaned optics and no change. Machine has been there about 1 year. Its only when i SCAN... I bumped up Image Send settings DPI to 600 with no change. The only change was when i went in the DRIVVE application and changed image quality up from 3 stars to 5 stars. Although it was an improvement this still was not acceptable scans of normal text...Thanks in advance

Try setting the exposure to text.

Scan to HDD or scan to folder without using the Drivve application, could determine whether machine issue or app issue.

UPDATE:
@faxman28 correct you were sir...i didn't even think of scanning to HDD. Its definently a DRIVVE app issue, after scanning to HDD we print it out and it printed "clean". No pixelations or blurry prints. Thank You for bringing that to my attention.
