    MX-6240 Slow Copying/Printing

We have an MX-6240N that has a bit of a weird issue. It's a church that prints their bulletins on Legal from Tray 3 in color. The Bulletins are just one duplexed Legal Sheet and they run 350 every Friday.

It will basically print two and pause for about 8 seconds and then print two more and pause again(the machine will be running like it's going through process control or warming up) Sometimes it will just keep running and never run the copies through but also not show a jam.

First thought it was going to be an issue with the print job but I was able to replicate it by making copies as well and it only seems to act up from Cassette 3 with legal loaded and in Color. Letter & Ledger in Tray 3 both work with no issues.

We ran the rest of the bulletins from Tray 4 today with no issues. I swapped legal to Tray 4 for the time being to see if it messes up again.

    What we've tried so far:
    Upgraded Firmware
    Swapped out Fuser
Set all Sytem Settings and Sims back to Factory Defualt.
Got a ticket with Sharp Open but was wondering if anybody else had run into this.

As the bulletin states, check the supply from the outlet. We sell one of these for every 220v install.
They are pricey so make sure the sales rep rolls it into the deal. VRP-4000 is the one we use.

Just an update on this issue, Haven't been out to site to check voltage(Customer is about 1.5 hours from the office) I have kept in contact and switching legal to Tray 4 and Ledger in Tray 3 and they haven't had any issues. They run both sizes quite frequently so not a matter of it just not being used. Still going to check voltage next time in area but so far so good. Weird, It does have a 220 Surge protector on it. I've wanted the regulators but have yet to get sales to bite on it.
