    MX-C401 Call For Service F:02 Error

    I am trying to locate a service manual for this machine, in the meantime could someone let me know what that error code reefers to? Machine is still functioning but this error code has popped up.

      Double check the code. Never seen F:02

          Thanks for the reply. I checked again and it says Call For Service F2. No 0 in front of the two.

              It must have a subcode; F2 codes are mainly process control, and the sub code will point you to the right color.

                  That's what I thought but sure enough no sub code showing on the screen. Is there somewhere in simulation mode that would show the subcode? I am not seeing it.
