Sharp Ar-m207 Firmware upgrade - Can someone please kindly share?

Hello,

I use a Ar-m207 for my home office and often get the E7-11 error. I understand the latest firmware (December 2006 and on from my research) at least partially addressed this issue along with proper cleaning of the lens and lamp along with greasing the rail. I got this printer second hand due to constant jamming and a office upgrading which I was able to take care of with a good cleaning myself, but as I understand the Sharp firmware is not publically available for this and I do not have a dealer to go to so I wanted to reach out to your folks and ask if someone would please kindly share this with me so I may update my machine. It will only be used for myself and this one unit.

If anyone with the file or access would please send me a private message or email I would truly appreciate it and I will not ask for help, or support for it otherwise. I just am obviously unable to download the firmware myself.

Even if you could get the firmware you would not be able to load it. Firmware updates for this machine uses a special box.

The firmware update can be done over USB in maintenance mode.

Newbie retired hobbyist just acquired an older Sharp AR-M207.

I am hoping someone can send me a copy of more recent firmware for my AR-M207.

Sharp relaxed the tolerance on the white-balance checking in version v2.05 of the MCU Program.

I am stuck at version v2.04 and am hitting the E711 white-balance error.

I have cleaned the lens and reference white card etc but still have the error.

I am hoping that the newer version will be more forgiving and will let me do color scans.

If you have it, I'd be very grateful if you could let me have a copy.

BTW I have the maintenance program downloaded onto an older XP laptop connected by USB (that's how I know my current version).
So I'm very close and ready to upload the firmware .... if only I could find it.
