Hi all. I have a customer with a MX2600 who is unable to print correctly when using Microsoft Office, IE or Chrome. The output is a solid black page with lines of blocks of varying colours. I have tried the documents from other computers on the network and they all work fine. Does anyone have any ideas? I have updated the drivers with no avail. Im aware this isnt a device issue but would love to know whats causing it. Im guessing an issue with the office suite but the issue with Chrome says otherwise?
