Re: fn10 finisher problem
Make sure the paper exit flag is in the proper spot. I've had it pop above the plastic housing keeping it from tripping when paper was going over. It would not jam consistently but would misfire staples and eject the paper crooked until finally enough paper collisions occurred as to trigger a paper exit jam.

Re: fn10 finisher problem
I've encountered the same problem upon exiting the paper it will stuck half way. I only clean the sensors and it works. When it comes to F1-15 (Finisher paper exit tray lift operation trouble) be sure that the tray is not touching the sensor in the TR wall cover. Adjust the belt if necessary it must below the sensor upon initialized it will goes up and after touching the sensor it will go down to home position. I've encountered this when I dis assemble the tray remove the belt and upon returning the error appears. Hopefully this will help...

fn10 finisher problem
hi i am having a problem with a fn10 finisher i got from wholesale.
the finisher is working good if i do 2 sheets/stapple copies but if i do only one sheet it will stop halfway out of the finisher with a misfeed appearing
it's almost if it is waiting another copy...
is it a exit wheel sensor somewhere that can't see the sheet and give a misfeed ?
i also get random f1-15 service call for the finisher but i didn't get it often.
i tried the finisher on a mx-3110n and a mx-5111n (same problem)
any help is appreciated !
i am a wholesale dealer (and a ricoh autorized dealer) but no service manuel or firmware for sharp so i am limited in ressources or parts.utTags: None
