Tiny Black Lines and Offset Image on MX-C311

I have a C311 that recently needed the charge assembly replaced (black). I replaced the whole drum unit. Now I'm getting tiny black lines about 1mm apart across the entire print. The image is also offset by about 1/2 inch. When I first replaced the part it was printing fine. The customer said this started happening about 30 minutes after I had done the replacement.

Has anyone seen this before? I'd post a scan but the lines don't show up.

either cleaning blade in drum unit filpped/skipped on drum , drum my not be seated or drive gear broken. black dev unit out of developer because of issue with charge unit.
also 50-22 should be performed anytime drums transfer belt or dev units are removed/replaced.

If this machine is in a dusty area, you may have dirty laser lenses
and mirrors, pull out the laser unit. Remove the cover and air clean
and wipe down the lenses and mirrors. It maybe just bad luck that it showed up after you changed the drum, or some dust got shaken
loose when you did the drum change. Good Luck.
      Dan.
