[Error Code] Sharp Mx-M7040 Error Code L8-11

I'll be visiting tomorrow to have a look at this machine with an error L8-11 and it's strange because i couldn't find this error anywhere in manual all i find is L8-01,02 and 20,does this belong to power controller trouble also and is it okay to swap power controller with another working 7040?

Do you mean the MX-7040? (aka Polaris) L8-11 is one of the power plugs are unplugged, get the customer to check both plugs are in.

I just checked with costumers and both plugs are in and it wouldn't reset in simulation mode as well.
anything else to look in to?

I have the same error code, try swapping cables to different socket but same result, does it have something to do with the polaris board? Its a MX-7090
