Sharp MX-6201 rib yellow 94

A customers MX6201 started jamming PPD2 but I discovered it was on colour only.

I've cleaned the process control unit and recalibrated with the jig, I've cleaned the drum phase sensors. I've swapped the primary transfer unit, yellow drum and developer units but I am still getting the same problem. When a run 50-22 I get yellow rib error. When I try a sky copy it is laying the full yellow image onto the primary transfer belt.

Any ideas.

I should have said the primary transfer belt is dropping down fine.

Replace the color drum phase sensor.

If you look in 22-4 you will probably see an error code.

Thanks replaced the yellow sensor. Getting copies out but all the colours fade on the front edge
