    [Misc] PostScript Option for MX-4111N

hi - has anybody had issues setting up the PS3 option (MX-PK11) that comes with the machine? We have the certificate which includes the application # and product key however the machine shows no PS is installed when we go to options. Should we re-install the PS and if so, how do we do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Log in as admin, go to System Settings, and then Product Key - Install product key. Are you looking for options in TC 22-10?

thanks for your reply. yeah when we go to system settings, the option for PS isn't even there. Its like Sharp never even installed it at the factory. What do you mean by TC 22-10? thanks for your help

if it is a U.S machine postscript is standard according to the service manual. Sim 22-10 in service mode shows what is available on the copier.
