MX 2610 paper curls

Hi,

We have a MX-2610 in the field where the A3 paper curls. We have tried different things, like other paper, another tray, fuser settings but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas where to look.

Did you happen to try another fusing unit? Haven't had this problem on the 2610's but when we do have a curling issue it is almost always something to do with the fuser. How many copies on the unit and on the fuser?
