I've had techs clear I think the Printer Counter and now the total count it off. On the older Sharps you could go into the secret program SIM80 and correct the meter and put it back. With the newer machines, iPad-ish type touch screens, you cannot use the same key sequence to get to SIM 80. Is there another method? It's not mentioned in the service manual.
