Sharp mx 2314 - scan network destination adress update

Hi am trying to update the network address which my scans go to
when I put the address in it doesn't remember it and I have to put the
new address in every time I want to scan

Any help appreciated

U mean IP of computers that scans going to
If yes give static IP's to computers

No the ip address is static, when I put the new scan location in, the photocopier does
not remember the address and sends the scan to the old address.

basically if I add a new address for a scan to go to. It does not store it in the address book

Think it may be an administrative setting possibly

When you create the scan address, make sure you tick "Set As Default Used", otherwise you will need to select the address every time you want to scan.

It is best to add the addresses from the web manager and not the machine, as this checkbox is easy to miss.
