MX-904N Strange Problem

Hello Guys
I am stumped with this problem and wondering if any off you guys can help me with this,I have a NEW Sharp MX-904N MFP that i just sent to a client, when doing copies ONLY in duplex [2-2]the MFP would send the document through the document feeder and the operation panel would just say "Waiting" no paper would have leave the paper trays and it would just sit there and the only way to reset the MFP is to hard reset with the power Switches,whats even more bizarre it only does this in 2-2 ONLY, all the rest of the copy modes works Example.[1-1-2][2-1-1] etc... this is what i have done so far

1.Swapped entire Document Feeder
2.Swapped Scanner PWB
3.Swapped Main PWB
4.Reseated Memory modules and Tested through Sim
5.Updated Firmware to the latest version

Edit:guys the home light on the operation panel is Not Blinking just my camcorder frame mismatch.

Are you able to duplex when printing?
Can you run a 22-6 double sided?
Yup, you have a strange one, but there has to be an explanation.

hey thanks again for your feedback zoo, I will try printing Duplex and also doing 22-6, I did not think off trying those,i will get back to you, thanks again

ok so i did a 22-6 duplex and also hooked my laptop to the MFP and did a duplex, they both worked, I went further to swap a SD Card and Mother Board PWB,so I am stumped even more now.

have you tried turning off user accounts ? from the video it looks like user accounts are turned on. (inadvertent setting in user accounts) . Have you disconnected
all peripherals and tried duplex? (probably won't make difference since you can print duplex). make sure your voltage to machine is good on a 208v wall outlet you should have 208v between the hot leads and 120 from either hot to neutral.

hey thanks faxman, most of the stuff you mentioned i already tried, i also did a factory reset to make sure it was not a copy setting, but still no luck
checked wire harness from SPF to scan PWB, still no luck, sharp told me to change the Mother PWB and SD card , i swapped them but nothing
the only thing i did not do was put new memory modules on the mfpc pwb but i tested them through simulation and it passed and also did not change the MFPC PWB.

for the heck of it , can you do 1- 2 copying thru adf and can you do 2-2 of the glass.

the 1-2 copying can be done through the SPF,However i think 2-2 can only be done through the Document Feeder as far as I am aware.
