if you replaced the sensors in bulletin mfp-tp-527 the door has to be replaced, the sensors beam focus point was changed to help with not being effected by paper dust. paper dust(cheap paper) causing false jams is big issue on this series, once I changed the sensors in the paper path (tb-527) and the ppd2 sensor (tb-633R) all false jamming has stopped,

did you test the PPD2 sensor in sim test mode ? are you getting ppd2_n jams or cpfd1_x jams ?

We went back to the machine today and cleaned up the paper dust and installed new PPD2 sensor in the registration assembly, copier is working for now. It was throwing CPFD_S1 or CPFD_S2 jam depending on the feed station used. We have ordered CCAB-1136DS55, the "cabinet" assembly-actually the door- from sharp.
it'll be couple of days before that comes in, I'll update!
