Hello All.. I have a new customer (haven't been to the machine yet) that is having this code. I realize that it comes up from repeated Fuser jams, but I wanted to know if this is simply a Fuser complete "failure" or if there could be other reasons why this code comes up. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

5 continuous POD_N jams. Most likely they didn't remove the first jam and kept trying or something is broke.. -

No, it is not a complete fuser failure. It could be the customer not removing jam, from within fuser and they end up with five accordian jams within. Trying to copy something with a black lead edge. I have also see the primary transfer belt cause the issue. On the primary transfer belt, the blade could be flipped or the belt is ripped.
Keep an open mind, could be a number of silly things or the fuser does need to be replaced or refurbed.Comment
