[Error Code] Sharp mx 4500 improper cartridge

My sharp MX 4500 is showing improper cartridge after its memory was cleared, but the sensor is the correct one for it. A million thanks to who could help me with this challenge.

Try to check the destination setting...

I guess you have refilled cartridge and chip is broken. I had that issue before. You will need to change chip reset for this cartridge. My cartridge does not even work with other machines. I changed chip and it works fine.

If there is any other way to fix this problem I also would like to hear the solution from experienced engineers.
