AR m550 n overfilled drawer

Having an issue with drawer #3. when drawer is installed display says it is overfilled, the drawer isn't even lifting. F3-32 error code is cleared error history cleared and checked for paper blockage of sensors and switches. Even tried another drawer. thanks for replys

check your sensors in sim 30-2, there is paper upper limit, paper empty, and paper remaining sensor. One of these is probably faulty, probably paper upper limit , it is supposed turn on with in 10 secs after putting in the drawer and 2 secs in copy/print mode. If sensors check okay might be pcu pwb, but also replace or swap out the lift motor, I have seen bad lift motors cause strange things to happen.
