Hey guys so I need some information concerning exporting and importing of MFP settings, So when a customers rental lease is finished after a specified time, example with a MXM453N and we switched a new MFP to the client example MX465N or any other MFP,what simulations and export settings should i do to get the customers MFP back up to what it was in the old MFP, example Network settings,Address Book Settings ,Fax settings,Document Filing settings, Basically i want to Completely backup the old MFP to the New and just have it working as before, can you guys guide me through this? Thanks in advance.

You will need to login into the mfp's webpage and under system settings -there will be section for backing up settings and device clone do both.. Then save these .bin files were you can access them when you go to import on new machine..

Wow, that's really good to hear, I will take this information as you can import/export between different model MFP's.
