MX2300 Fax forward as PDF

I have a customer who is saying that their MX2300 has forwarded faxes as PDF in the past but is now forwarding as a TIFF.

I can't find anywhere on the webpage on my 2300 in my workshop where to set the forwarding format.

I have seen a tutorial (no sure what model) that says it is setup in the Inbound Routing setup but in the same location on my 2300 i can't see it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If your customer is using inbound routing, the attachments are Tiff-f (tiff fax)

see if this is available on 2300/2700, when in inbound routing settings, there is a setting to forward all incoming faxes to a single email and forward selected fax numbers, when you select forward selected fax numbers and select the incoming fax numbers ,you get another screen that allows you to forward to 3 different emails and there is a drop down box for file format, tiff or pdf. The oldest color mfp I could find this on is mx-2600, couldn't find it for 2300 but it my have been added to 2300 in firmware? and Sharp info wasn't updated.
