"PAPER CUT" SHARP MX-5001N

hi,

Having a trouble with "paper cut MF " application and SHARP MX5001N. Can not comunicate with machine. I bought " OSA MX-AMX3 external module for comunication, but no resoults.
when tourn on machine on display appears "could not access the accounting server. Contact your administrator. I swich off firewall, antivurus program, enable port 1919, but no resoults.

any suggestion????

Have you put in the host name of the server that is hosting papercut ?
