MXFNX9 Stapling Issue

I have a MX5111N with a MXFNX9 internal finisher that is not stapling the entire set. It originally was completely missing the bottom sheet of each set and sometimes the second sheet as well. I replaced the take belts and both sets of rollers which usually takes care of this issue. Now it is consistently missing the bottom sheet by about 1 to 2 mm. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

there was a manual adjustment i was shown in school that can fix that but it was too long ago and i don't remember. contact your local sharp tech rep if tech hotline doesn't know

giving a good clean to Knurling belts and transport rollers might fix this. also do the new fnx9 fw 02.01

I use wd40 to clean the belts and rollers it helps.

Hey, Just did a repair on this. I have been able to fix it with replacing the rollers on the shaft with the two gray belts on it. It's really fun, I would recommend a good picture before taking stuff off the shaft. Stuff only comes off from one end so 90% of the stuff comes off to get one of the rollers on. There is also a bulletin that shows a crapload of other parts that could/should be replaced as well. I just used the gray belts, the rollers on the same shaft as the gray belts and the final exit rollers.
